Quantum A/E Labs, Inc is the ONLY DEP CERTIFIED Drinking Water, Non-Potable Water (Waste Water), and Solid Chemical Materials laboratory that is locally, privately owned and operated in Northeast PA. Quantum's staff is comprised of Analytical Chemists, Biologists, Environmental Engineers, Geologists, and Licensed Water Treatment Operators.
